This was such a good series. Yes, "all in the game". People like that have a vested interest in keeping drugs illegal. It's a going business. High profits, and many ways to make money from it (as long as it's illegal). Take away the illegality, and the crime goes away.

It was an amazing series. Currently watching the entire run for the third time. Never gets old.
