Jackass Quote of the Week

"What I believe is irrelevant" - Christine O’Donnell during last night's Senate debate, when asked if she believes in evolution.

Yes, you only want people to elect you to the United States Senate. Why would something as irrelevant as what you believe be important?

The truth is, what you THINK is irrelevant.

EDDIE IZZARD: What if someone comes to you in the middle of the Second World War and says, "do you have any Jewish people in your house?" and you do have them. That would be a lie. That would be disrespectful to Hitler

CHRISTINE O’DONNELL: I believe if I were in that situation, God would provide a way to do the right thing righteously. I believe that!

Now, I'm confused. Does this mean she'd turn over Anne Frank or not?

I believe there is no god. As it doesn't matter what you believe, I am fit to be president, m I not Mz. O'Donnell?
The phrase "It's not important what I belive" would make so much more sence if personal belive wasn't the only thing people like you have to carry around....
And of course Evolution is not about "believing" but about facing the facts, but repeating that ever and ever again is beginning to get boring...
