Lets face it, the guy is borderline lunatic. I still can't get over when I heard about how he and his wife brought home their dead baby to introduce it to their "living" children. The sickest thing about that, was they had the corpse sleep at the house overnight! Those poor kids are going to scarred for life.
Oh my gosh. I *cannot* believe he said that. Holy crap. I met this man once, in Washington, D.C. in early 1996 when I was an intern at the National Gallery. A group of us were supposed to go to our reps and ask them to support arts funding, which was under fire at the time. He seemed strung out when we met him, running on stale and seemingly memorized phrases. And it makes me wonder, how did this dude ever get elected in the first place? And more importantly, why do people keep giving him a platform, if he's making statements like this? Wow.
