And to think they brag about hiring "the best!" Congrats - now get back in the swing of things.
I will say this in the defense of Comcast.....They turned my Internet ON Saturday morning.....but it failed to work at all. I called customer support and they sent a tech guy out ON A SUNDAY.That tech support guy found that there was a problem "out on the pole" and told me they would be out to fix it on Monday. But amazingly they showed up Sunday night and spent a couple hours up on the pole. When they left they knocked on my door and told me it should be working...and it was! Working perfectly!So all in all, I have nothing but good things to say about the fine folks at Comcast (for once!).
