OMG could I have used this sign when I sold MY house, which we sold because our asshole neighbor put a JUNKYARD on his property right outside our front door. We had to "give" it away for $54,000, taking a $70,000 LOSS on it...and believe me, this is a VERY abbreviated version of the whole story.
