Call it god.

This is backward. True religious belief is rooted in what people DO understand. Like, I understand that I can not create a flower, so someone greater than myself must have.

The Catholic Church has never taught that you must label what you don't understand as "God", so panel #4 is definitely a misrepresentation of truth. Or in other words, a lie.

Soil, sun, and poop create a flower....I don't KNOW you, but I would definitely say that you are greater than all of that.

What created the first flower, soil, poop and the sun? Now we're right back to the conversation we had before :)

And I shall repeat the mantra....just because we don't KNOW doesn't mean we should be content to make something up.

Man once believed the Sun revolved around the earth and worshipped it as a 'god'. That was "The Answer".

Science, always evolving in thought and deed, strove to give us more accurate information.

Wait a minute...soil, sun, and poop don't create a flower! There has to be a flower seed first. And a flower seed comes from a flower. And that flower came from a seed. And that seed came from a flower, etc., etc., etc.

But where did the first flower or the first seed come from? I don't understand.

Then call it science. :)
